What is a “celebration fireworks display”?

A celebration fireworks display is a professionally designed fireworks show that takes the emotion of any event to the next level. It is ideal for:

  • weddings – a romantic finale to the wedding day;
  • corporate parties and company events – an impressive way to thank employees and partners;
  • birthdays and anniversaries – a surprise guests will remember for a long time;
  • public events and festivals – town and municipal events, concerts, end-of-year parties and much more.

Every fireworks show is designed individually – we choose effects, colours, heights and rhythm to match the style of the event. On request we can also synchronise the fireworks to music or add fire lettering, numbers and symbols.

How does the booking process work?

The booking process is simple and transparent – we guide you through every step.

1. Enquiry

You send us the date, location, type of event and an approximate budget. You can do this easily via the web form, by email or by phone.

2. Consultation and ideas

We find out what you expect:

  • whether you would like a calm and romantic or a dynamic and powerful show;
  • whether the event takes place in town, in the countryside, by the water, etc.;
  • how long the fireworks show should last.

We advise on how to make the most of the location and budget.

3. Design, safety and permits

We draw up an initial concept, carry out a risk assessment if needed and help you:

  • get the event approved by the local municipality and/or the Rescue Board;
  • take current restrictions into account (distance from buildings, forest, residential areas);
  • choose a suitable firing site and audience area.

4. Set-up and firing the show

On the day, our pyrotechnicians arrive on site and:

  • set up the firing equipment and safety barriers;
  • check the area against safety requirements;
  • fire the show at the agreed time;
  • liaise with security staff and the event organiser where needed.

5. Clean-up and wrap-up

After the fireworks we clean up the firing site and make sure the area is safe and tidy. If needed, we prepare additional documents (e.g. an event report).

We recommend booking a celebration fireworks display at least 2–4 weeks in advance, and 1–2 months ahead for larger public events.

Prices and budget examples

These are indicative ranges – we can make an exact quote once we know:

  • the date and location of the event;
  • your approximate budget;
  • special requests (music, logo, fire lettering, special effects).

The price of a celebration fireworks display depends mainly on:

  • the duration of the show and the number of shots;
  • the type and height of the effects;
  • the location and technical complexity;
  • the approvals and extra work required.

Typical price ranges:

  • Smaller private event: approx. €500–800
  • Average birthday or corporate party: approx. €800–1,500
  • Wedding fireworks or a show synchronised to music: approx. €1,500–3,000
  • Large public event or festival: from €3,000 and up

Safety, permits and liability

Fireworks are spectacular, but they require professional and responsible organisation. For us, safety always comes first.

The advantages of our service:

  • Licensed pyrotechnicians – shows are carried out by trained specialists with professional certification.
  • Liability insurance – protects both the event organiser and the property owner in case of accidents.
  • Compliance with safety requirements – we take into account current laws, local restrictions, wind direction and speed.
  • Approvals – where needed, we liaise with the municipality, the Rescue Board and the event organiser.
  • Clear safety instructions – where needed, we also brief security staff and the audience.

On request we can also offer quieter / lower-noise fireworks, better suited to areas with animals, small children or dense housing.

What our clients say

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

Here are answers to the questions people ask most often about using, ordering and staying safe with fireworks. If anything is still unclear, just get in touch – we are happy to help.
How far in advance should I book fireworks?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. For larger public events it makes sense to start planning 1–2 months earlier, so that we have time to get all the necessary approvals.
Do you offer quiet or lower-noise fireworks?
Yes. We can use lower-noise effects and fireworks with a lower burst height, which are better suited to areas with animals, children or dense housing.
What affects the price the most?
The price depends mainly on the number of shots and duration, the type of effects used, the location, the technical complexity and the scope of approvals. The more detail we have about the event, the more accurately we can price it.
Can bad weather cancel a fireworks show?
Rain usually does not stop fireworks. The problem can be very strong wind or a storm that makes it impossible to keep safe distances. In that case we agree with the client whether to move the show to another time or adjust the plan.
Where are fireworks allowed at all?
We always check the current local restrictions and choose firing sites that meet safety requirements. If needed, we help get the event approved by the municipality or the Rescue Board.
How does payment work?
We usually start with a quote and a contract. Payment is made by invoice as agreed; larger projects may require an advance payment.
