The salesperson doesn't know how to serve customers. He spent about 10 minutes fussing with the client, showing them unnecessary information, thereby wasting time, and telling them stories from his life, stalling for time. He couldn't answer a basic question. This is why I don't want to return to such a service. Review your customer service policy and prioritize not losing them.
Anton GavrilinThey helped me choose and found everything I needed.
Janika DrobotExcellent store! Good selection of products! Friendly sales staff! The best store in Estonia.
Marat VassinThank you so much for your high-quality and professional service. My special child (who used to freak out at the mention of fireworks) now happily plans and runs to watch the events you organize! Thank you for helping us choose a package that suited our specific needs 🥰
Arina KoršunovaVery good selection and friendly service.
Viktoria Кr.I don't recommend it to anyone! First of all, they are half an hour late for the event, they ruin the surprise for the guests and on top of that they press the button at the wrong moment. Incredibly bad experience and a complete disappointment 🙁
Leana LangusI had a fantastic experience! The selection of fireworks is absolutely amazing, there’s something for every occasion, from small gatherings to big celebrations. What really stood out, though, was the level of service. The assistant was incredibly helpful, clearly knew everything there is to know about fireworks, and you could tell he’s genuinely passionate about what he does. It’s not every day you meet someone who truly enjoys what they’re selling and is so eager to help you find exactly what you need. Highly recommend!

Михаил ИвановExcellent store! We order fireworks here every year. The website is very user-friendly, with a video demonstration of the fireworks included. Traditionally, the store puts on a free fireworks show on Punane Street every year. It's a real treat. Thank you for giving people a little happiness. That's something we really need these days. I have the utmost respect for the management. These are people who see not only the benefits of their business but also the ability to bring us joy, happiness, and magic by organizing events like these.
Владислав ВанаковI found everything I needed. I wanted to buy a large quantity for an event, and they immediately offered a discount. The seller (who, as I understand it, is the owner) was pleasant.
