Description
Capital Lights is a MegaFireworks cake: 40 shots of 30 and 48 mm calibre, about 1 minute 10 seconds. According to the box it has 9 different effects.
The large calibre and changing effects make it a good pick for the high point of a party or midnight on New Year’s Eve.
As an F3 item it needs a large open area away from houses, cars and trees. Place it on firm level ground and keep the safety distance printed on the box.
